The Parkersburg Bridge Partners Referral Program makes it easy to sign up and save. You can sign up either online or in person.
How It Works:
Online
- Click here to submit a referral or click the button below.
- We will contact the individuals you refer to let them know how to obtain their MOV Pass.
- We verify that your friends or family members create their funded MOV Pass account with a $5 threshold and $15 minimum balance, and set their account to auto-replenish
- You both receive a $5 credit to your account
In Person

Pick up a referral card from our customer service center at:
2311 Ohio Avenue, Unit E, Parkersburg WV 26101
(click here for current hours) - Fill out the referral card with your name and MOV Pass account #, then give to your friends or family who do not have a MOV Pass account.
- Your friends or family members present the referral card at the customer service center, create their funded MOV Pass account with a $5 threshold and $15 minimum balance, and set their account to auto-replenish
- You both receive a $5 credit to your account!
There are NO limits to how many referrals you can make.
- Additional Details
- Referral cards must have a pre-existing MOV Pass account holder’s information to be valid.
- Credit cannot be applied to an E-ZPass account.
- Credit balances must be used for bridge transactions and are not eligible for refunds.
